Mood Tracker This app enables clients to self-monitor, track and reference their emotional experiences over a period of days, weeks, and months. Users can self-monitor emotional experiences associated with common deployment-related behavioral health issues like post-traumatic stress, brain injury, life stress, depression and anxiety. Positive Activity Jackpot This app uses a professional behavioral health therapy called pleasant event scheduling, or PES. This is used to overcome depression. DOD Safe Helpline This app is set up for military personnel to cope and deal with the short-term and long-term effects of sexual assault. This app can also be used by civilian because it includes emergency contact information; a Chat Safe Helpline; a Self-Care Planner; and Resources including lesson on sexual assault and exercises which one can use in dealing with the aftermath of this unfortunate act. CBT-i Coach This app is to be used with clients who have sleep problems. They can design their own Sleep prescription to improve their sleeping habits. They have a number of tools at their disposal to do this on the app. They also have an extensive learning program and daily reminders to use to help them improve their sleep.
