COPING.US Training Programs

Procedures for Participant’s Complaints about CEU Program Offerings


1. The Program Director of COPING.US Training Programs will investigate the complaint and talk with the person logging the complaint. The record of this meeting will be filed and saved.


2. The Program Director will review the complaint with the Trainer to determine if the trainer recognizes that there was a problem or deficiency in the presentation of the program which is the object of the complaint.


3. The presenter of the specific program will either develop a rehabilitation plan to correct the deficiencies which occurred in the targeted program or the presenter will be dismissed from services for COPING.US Training Programs.


4. The Program Director will then contact the person lodging the complaint and tell the person about the steps of remediation have been taken to address the concerns which they presented to the organization.


5. If a fee was involved, COPING.US Training Programs would offer to reimburse the person lodging the complaint or to allow the person to retake the course. But if there was not a fee involved the person lodging the complaint would be thanked for this input with a commitment to monitor our programs more closely in the future and to allow th person to retake the course.
